Zyvur's Hidden Grotto

What a weekend. Genuinely one of the best I’ve had in a long time.

The games were incredible. I won a heap of matches and honestly had a blast doing it — close calls, clutch plays, and those heart-pounding moments where everything comes down to one decision. Even the tougher games were fun. There’s something special about competing against people who are just as passionate about the game as you are.

I cannot say enough good things about the Pokémon community in Melbourne. Everyone was so warm and welcoming — I got chatting with so many amazing players between rounds, swapped stories about wild games, laughed a lot, and came away with a bunch of new friends. It’s the kind of vibe you just don’t get anywhere else.

If you’re even slightly considering attending a regional, just go. Pack your bag, hype yourself up, and soak in every second of it. It’s so worth it.

Great memory, had all the cousins helping me out for resets. Was so much fun.

Went to Hobby Hangout with @Kamex @Zuruggu and @Brent8257 the other weekend. Was heaps of fun so keen to go back next year!
